What are the benefits of ordering items online and then picking up my order(s)?
- Pick Up in Store and Curbside Pick-Up allow youo to place an order online and pickup at Miskas Wood Products, saving you the regular delivery fees. It might also be a more convenient option for those who want to collect items quickly for a job site.
How does the Curbside Pick-Up process work?
- Our Curbside Pick-Up option offers you the convenience of placing an order online and picking up your item(s) at Miskas Wood Products location. This feature not only saves you shipping fees, but also limits store traffic and increases social distancing. When you arrive at the store, you may park in the customer pick-up location and call our office number at 905-873-6732 where we will assist you in loading your order.
How soon will my order be ready for pick-up after I’ve ordered it online?
- Once orders have been placed and confirmed they can be fulfilled as soon as same day up to 2 weeks. The lead time varied for different products. The lead time for each product is listed within their descriptions. Please wait for a ready for pick-up email before visiting the store.
How will I know my order is ready for pick-up?
- You will receive an initial Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, but wait until you receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up before heading over to our store. You will need the order number and the name the order was placed under to pick up the order.
Where should I go to collect my Curbside Pick-Up order?
- Once you have received an email that your order is ready for pick-up, drive to the store with your order number easily accessible. You can either back into the customer pick-up area or park in our parking lot and call us at 905-873-6732 to let us know you have arrived and are picking up your order.
What if I can’t pick up my order at the store and need someone to pick up my order for me?
- We allow you to assign an Alternate Pick-Up Person whenever. As long as they arrive with you’re order confirmation number and the name the order was placed under they will be allowed to pick-up your order.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available at the designated store for pick-up?
- For items that are in stock at our warehouse, we will hold the order for fourteen (14) days from the date the order is ready (when you receive an email that the order is ready to pick-up).
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
- We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but if you need to cancel any item)s), let us know. For your convenience you can cancel items by contacting our office at 905-873-6732 or by coming into our showroom.
What if I need to return an item I ordered?
- To return an item, simply bring you order receipt to our warehouse location. Please refer to return policy for details.
